How should payment be made for my citation?

Note: If you have not enter a plea, please make your payment online at http://paya.com/paygov, or call the office for more information.

Payment in most cases can be made online at http://paya.com/paygov , in person, or by mailing a money order, cashier’s check or personal check. The court also accepts credit and debit card (3% fee) and Cashapp: $IndianLake1978.

By paying your fine on the website  http://paya.com/paygov you understand: 

  1. If you have not already entered a plea, you will enter a plea of No Contest or Guilty and have waived your right to trial.
  2. Upon entering you plea and paying online, a finding of guilt will be entered on your case.

Payment extension or payment plan

Requesting a payment extension or payment plan: If your would like to enter a plea of No Contest or Guilty, you may request a 30-day extension to pay the fine in full or in installments. This request can be made  in person or by phone, provided you do so on or before the required appearance date, assigned to you on your citation. Only one extension will be allowed.
