I understand that Regular Bills are generated 20 days after the reading, and that I may have more than one (1) utility bill after service is closed.
I understand that my meter will be read at the moment service is closed, and that my last bill will be dated the same as the reading date. And that I am responsible for any pending balance in the Account.
Service Suspension: I Understand that I am requesting my service to be suspended, that I must notify the Town of Indian Lake at least two (2) business days prior to the requested suspension date. To have my service reconnected I need to fill out the proper form and pay the reconnection fee of $25.00.
