Utility Service Request

I acknowledge that the Town of Indian Lake requires a written request to initiate the reconnection of my water service. To facilitate this process, I must complete the appropriate form and remit a reconnection fee of $25.00.

I understand the importance of ensuring that no faucets or other sources are left open that could allow water to run. Furthermore, I recognize that the Town of Indian Lake cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from water leaks or continuous running water.

I am aware that if I wish to temporarily suspend my service, I must inform the Town of Indian Lake at least two (2) business days before the desired suspension date.

I understand that regular utility bills are generated 20 days following the meter reading, and I may receive more than one (1) bill if my service is closed. Additionally, I acknowledge that my meter will be read at the time the service is paused, and my final bill will be dated the same as the date of the reading.

The maintenance department of the Town of Indian Lake is responsible for reading and securing the meter. I understand that failure to provide the necessary notice may result in additional charges, which will be the owner's responsibility.
